This is a picture from one of the temporary exhibitions (titled Fitba,fitba,fitba) at the Low Parks Museum in Hamilton and shows a picture of the Lanarkshire Challenge Cup. The Lanarkshire challenge cup is played for annually between the (senior) football teams residing in the area of Scotland known as lanarkshire. The photograph shows that even for a relatively small provincial competition the detail on the cup itself is quite intricate.
