Vermicelli soup
This is a typical Turkish soup recipe made with a sprinkling of vermicelli. Best served warm to hot

Recipe Ingredients:
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes - 3 tbsp
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Vermicelli - 1 cup
- ground Pepper - 2 tbsp
- Vermicelli - 1 cup
- Parsley - 1/2 cup
Method:
Take a large pan heat the butter and once the butter is melted fry the finely chopped tomatoes in the butter for 5-10 min. Add the chicken stock and let it boil on low heat. After 5 mins add the vermicelli , pepper and salt . Stir well and cook for another 15 mins. Turn off the heat and cool the soup. Pour in to bowls and garnish with lemon juice, chopped parsley and sauces as desired. Can add fried thin stripes of chicken or Can add fried bread pieces to the soup.
