Tuna and Pasta Shells Salad
Chunk light tuna, pasta shells, cherry tomatoes, artichokes, peppers, celery and red onion are the mainstays in this nutritious, low fat salad.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 8 ounces medium shell pasta
- 7-ounce pouch chunk light tuna
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1/2 dry pint cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Method:
Cook the pasta, drain and cool. Combine tuna, celery, onion, pepper, artichoke hearts and tomatoes in a large bowl with cooled pasta.
Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour them over tuna and pasta.
Stir well and chill until ready to serve.
