Italian Tomato Bread
This pizza-like dish originates from in Provence where pastry is topped with onion, tomato, anchovies, and olives.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup skimmed milk
- 5 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cup bread flour
- 1 egg white
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp apple sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp each nutmeg and yeast
Method:
In a bowl mix all the items and blend well to make smooth dough.
Bake in a bread maker at a regular cycle.
