Stuffed Sterlet fish
Sterlet was considered the best fish of the Russian cuisine. Sterlet was one of the most ceremonial-required dishes, and stuffed sterlet was often served at diplomatic dinners.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 sterlet, cleaned and scaled
- 1 lemon
- Dill to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- White wine
Method:
Wash sterlet in cold water.
Combine peeled and thinly cubed lemon with dill, salt and pepper and stuff fish with the mixture.
Sprinkle with white wine and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 C.
When the fish is cooked, remove the spine carefully.
Serve the sterlet with rice or boiled potatoes.
