Stuffed Pasta Shells
These stuffed shells are made with ricotta cheese, spinach, and marinara sauce. This easy and light dish can be served at all occassions.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 package Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 jumbo macaroni shells, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
Method:
Combine well-drained spinach, ricotta cheese and about three-quarters of the feta cheese, with garlic powder. Mix to blend well.
Fill shells with spinach mixture; place in shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over shells and top with remaining feta cheese.
Bake stuffed shells at 350°F for 20 minutes.
