Stuffed meat with cranberries
This delicious meat roll is stuffed with cranberries - using only five ingredients!

Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 kg meat
- 200 g cranberries
- 50 g garlic, minced
- 10 peppercorns
Method:
Wash the meat - lean pork or beef - in cold water, and make deep cuts to the flesh.
In a bowl add cranberries, chopped garlic, and peppercorns. Mix them well.
Add this as a stuffing to the meat and make rolls. Secure them with toothpicks.
Place meat in the oven and bake them at medium heat for 1 hour or till done. Cook until the juices come out.
Serve hot with cabbage salad.
