Steak & Guinness Pie

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 kg steak
- 2 tbsp cream flour
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 5 onions
- 200 ml Guinness
- 5 slices Donnelly's bacon
Method:
Dip the cubed steak in the flour. In a pan melt the lard and fry the steak and bacon till golden brown. Add the chopped onions.
Transfer the mix to the greased dish. Add sugar, raisins, and Guinness. Cover the dish with a lid and cook for 3 hours mixing occasionally.
Add some more Guinness if needed.
Cover with a layer of piecrust. Bake for 15 min till finished. Serve.
