Squid Salad
Squids are marinated and fried, and then mixed with vegetables, nuts and a drizzle of lemon juice.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg squid
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 onions
- 2-3 tbsp each chilli paste and fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 100 g peanuts
Method:
In a deep container, mix lemon juice and water with the chopped squid. Boil for 10 min.
In a frying pan fry the onions along with garlic. Once the onions are fried, add soy sauce, fish sauce, lemon juice and pinch of sugar.
Add the sauce to the squid and serve.
