Spinach with Pine Nuts
Here is a beautiful meal for Valentine's Day or any time a romantic meal is in order. Pine nuts are a great source of magnesium and zinc. Spinach has vitamins and iron.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 kg fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 50 g pine nuts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Cook the chopped spinach for 5-10 min. Drain the water.
In a pan combine oil and the chopped garlic and pine nuts. Fry on medium heat, and when the garlic turns golden brown add the spinach.
Mix well, add the salt and pepper according to taste.
Cook until the water is absorbed.
Serve hot with rice or pita.
