Spinach Soup
This delicious, healthy recipe can be used in a cleansing detox diet. It makes a perfect snack to satisfy the tastebuds.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/4 kg fresh spinach
- 1 scallion
- Water
- 1/4 kg beef, ground
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 lb fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt to taste
Method:
Boil water in a deep pan. Add meat to the water and boil till the meat is cooked. Cook for 1/2 hour.
Add the spinach, chopped scallion, minced garlic, pepper powder and salt.
Cook for 20 min on low heat.
The soup is ready!
