Spicy Prawn Soup
This Thai spicy dip is the perfect accompaniment to a whole variety of Thai snacks. Dip your fresh veggies in it, or use it as a sauce.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup prawns
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cup chicken stock
- 2 spring onions
- 3 tbsp chilli paste
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
Method:
In a deep frying pan boil chicken stock for 5 min and add chili paste, salt, pepper, fish sauce, and lemon juice. Stir well.
Add chopped mushrooms, prawns, and spring onions to the stock. On low heat cook for 20 min.
Garnish with sauces and serve hot.
