Spicy Potato Dish
This is a light and vegetarian dish which is great for lunch and dinner. Spicy potatoes go perfectly well with dolma or shawerma.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green peppers
- 4 potatoes cut in wedges
- 3 tomatoes finely sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- Water
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp pepper
Method:
In a pan fry the onions till golden brown. Add the tomatoes. Cook for 5-10 min.
Add the potatoes, salt and pepper and cook until the potatoes are done.
Cook for 1/2 hour on low heat.
When done serve hot with rice or pita bread.
