Spicy Lemon prawns
Prawns with hot coconut sauce are boiled and then stir-fried. Thai shrimp recipes with shrimp are often made with prawns, or large shrimp.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg prawns
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/4 tbsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp pepper
- Coriander to garnish
Method:
In a large deep pan boil the coconut milk. Add the washed prawns and cook for 2 min. Remove from heat and cool for 5 min.
Remove the prawns from the milk and set aside. Fry the prawns for 5 min. Add the fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper and mix them well.
Add the sauce to the prawns and garnish with chopped coriander and finely chopped onions.
Serve hot with rice or pita.
