Spicy chicken Livers
Whether you're just having a few friends over for dinner or a full-blown party, you'll want to have some appetizers on hand. Spicy chicken Livers is a great party idea!

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg chicken livers
- 2 tbsp each, onions & garlic, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp chilli
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup almond, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Fry onions, garlic and chilli powder in butter. Add livers and fry them for 10 minutes.
When the livers are cooked properly, add remaining items and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with fried rice or steamed rice.
