Spanish Salad
Recipe for a green summer salad, easy to make, with green beans, sausage, carrots, and easy oil dressing.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 /2 head lettuce
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 cup chopped bologna
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 2 tbsp black pepper
Method:
Mix vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small cup. Keep it aside.
Cut the lettuce into pieces and add to a bowl. Add chopped carrot, cheese, and bologna to lettuce in the bowl.
Add the vinegar mix to the bowl.
The salad is ready to serve.
