Sopa de Cangrejo - Crab Soup
This simple crab soup can be made with ingredients from your pantry, including a ham, tomatoes, canned or fresh crabmeat, onions, garlic, and fish stock.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups fish stock
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Serrano ham, chopped
- 5 tbsp tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup crabs
- 1/4 cup prawns
- 2 tbsp cream
Method:
In a frying pan add oil. Once the oil get hot add onions and fry till the onions are soft and golden brown.
Add the chopped ham and cook for 5 min. Mix finely chopped tomatoes and fry for 1-2 min.
Add the fish stock, salt and pepper and cook for 15 mins. Blend the mixture thoroughly.
Add shrimp and crabs. Cook for 15 min.
Serve the soup with chopped dill and croutons.
