Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 green pawpaw
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 cup long green beans
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp chillie paste
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 cup dried shrimps
Method:
Chop peanuts, tomatoes and beans into long pieces. Mince the garlic and add to a bowl.
Wash the paw paw, cut into half and deseed it. Chop the paw paw into small pieces.
Mix chillie paste, garlic, fish sauce and shrimps. Add pinch of sugar and salt to taste. Grind this mix along with 2 tbsp of paw paw.
Add this paste to vegetables, remaining paw paw and lime juice.
Serve with rice.
