shrimp and cucumber Salad
This is an easy Japanese recipe calling for shrimp, sake, cucumber, vinegar, and some sugar.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup shrimp
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
Method:
Wash the cucumber and cut into round slices. In a bowl combine shrimp and boiled water. Let it stand for a few minutes and strain the water.
Add sugar, pepper, salt, vinegar, and sake to the bowl. Stir well, add sliced cucumbers to the shrimp.
Stir well and serve.
