Shish Kebab
Shish kebabs are any food that is cooked on a stick or skewer, including meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and fruit.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 pounds lamb
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon of mixed spices
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 6 small onions peeled and cut into quarters
- 2 green peppers cut into 1 inch pieces
Method:
In a bowl mix the lamb which is cut in to cubes, olive oil, minced garlic, spices, salt and pepper. Stir well. Keep in the fridge for 5-6 hours to marinate.
Add the meat, onions and green pepper alternatively to the skewers. Grill them until done.
Serve hot with garlic or tahini sauce.
