saffron Meat Balls
Spanish meatballs are also called parrilladas, and you'll also enjoy the taste and flavor of this traditional meat entree.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 3 slices bread
- 1 lemon
- 4 tbsp finely chopped bacon
- 1 tbsp saffron powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- some thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- flour
- oil for frying
Method:
In a bowl beat eggs with spices and saffron. Chop the bread and add it to the egg mix.
In a pan fry the bacon, add the meat, salt and pepper to taste. Fry in olive oil till the meat is done.
Make 2-inch balls from the meat, dip them in the egg mix and fry in oil till golden brown.
Garnish with lemon wedges, sliced onions and serve hot.
