Rumaki
A chicken liver appetizer, also known as rumaki, is made with water chestnuts, bacon and soy sauce.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg bacon stripes
- 1/4 kg chicken livers
- 6 oz whole water chestnuts
- 4 ground cloves
- Brown sugar
Method:
Divide the bacon stripes into equal portions and sprinkle them with brown sugar and cloves. Roll liver and half chestnut in bacon stripes.
In a microwave bake the bacon rolls for 5-8 min.
