Potato Rolls
This is a recipe for Dannish potato rolls made with yeast, mashed potatoes, flour, baking powder, sugar and butter.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup potatoes
- 1 cup lard
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 qt potato water
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 yeast cake
Method:
Mix lard and sugar along with water. Let it cool. Add mashed cooked potatoes, eggs and yeast to the bowl. Blend everything well.
Add flour and make smooth dough. Shape the dough into rolls. Leave aside for 5-6 hours.
You can reheat the rolls and store them in a fridge for up to 15 days.
