rice Salad
This is a recipe for a delicious and colorful rice salad with a herb dressing.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 onions
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 zucchinis
- 1/2 cup celery stems, chopped
- 3 tbsp pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup ric
- aromatic herbs
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup shrimp
- Sugar to taste
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Method:
Fry fresh onions, sliced celery stems, chopped tomatoes, and zucchinis in olive oil in a deep bowl. Add salt, pepper and sugar, fry for 1 min and add vinegar and rice.
Cook the rice along with the vegetables.
In a pan fry garlic in olive oil. Add salt and lemon juice. Add shrimp.
Mix the rice and the shrimp together in a bowl and serve.
