Korean Ribs
In Korea, beef ribs are very popular. These tender beef ribs are marinated and grilled fast to hold in all the flavor.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 kg short ribs
- 3 cups Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
Method:
In a bowl combine ribs with sesame seeds, Tabasco, chopped garlic, sugar and teriyaki sauce. Mix well. Cover with a lid and marinate for 4-5 hours.
Once marinated grill ribs until golden brown.
Serve hot with lemon wedges and chopped onions.
