Potato Moussaka
This classic Greek dish includes not only traditional tomatoes and beef, but also potatoes for a hearty casserole.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes cut in to medium size pieces
- 150 g cooked ground beef
- Onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Water
- Salt to taste
Method:
In a pan fry onions in olive oil till golden brown. When onions become translucent, add tomatoes. Cook for 5-10 min.
Add potatoes, salt and pepper and cook until the potatoes are done and soft. Simmer for 1 hour on low heat.
When done serve hot with rice or pita bread.
