This is a delicious potato casserole recipe with potatoe wedges and tomatoes.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- Salt to taste
- Chillie paste
- 1 tsp pepper
- 10 potatoes small (boiled)
- lard
- Flour
Method:
In a bowl combine lard and flour. Mix well, season with salt and pepper. Add tomato paste and stir well.
Bring to boil, add potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are soft.
Serve hot with sour cream.
