Potato & Octopus Salad
This is a great salad idea from Greece that would make a delicious main meal.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 kg octopus
- 3 garlic cloves
- 5 potatoes
- 1 kg green beans
- pepper & salt to taste
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Method:
Fry octopus tentacles and garlic in 3 tbsp of olive oil. Cook on low heat for 30 min till octopus is tender and cooked properly. Drain and keep aside.
Steam the potatoes and green beans, rinse with cold water and keep them aside.
Combine octopus tentacles, potatoes and beans in bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve cold with pita bread.
