Pierogi Casserole
This super easy one dish meal casserole recipe combines potato pierogies with pasta sauce and some cottage cheese.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 pk frozen pierogies
- 26 oz jar tomato sauce
- 5 finely chopped onions
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated firm cheese
Method:
Preheat oven. In a casserole dish combine frozen pierogies, pasta sauce, and spices, making sure that pierogies are coated with the sauce.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 40-50 minutes or until pierogies are hot and the sauce is bubbling.
Uncover and serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
