Pea Salad
This fresh summer recipe for green pea salad includes pepperoni, cheese, tomatoes and spices perfectly balanced in a delicious appetizer or a side dish.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh peas
- 2 pepperoni
- 5 lettuce leaves
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 tbsp grated cheese
- 2 slices white bread
- olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp pepper
Method:
Mix peas with lettuce leaves, pepperoni, tomatoes, set aside.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry bread cubes along with garlic.
Pour hot bread cubes on top of all the ingredients along with pepper and salt.
Serve with pita bread as a lunch main course.
