Pasta Soup
Pasta soup recipe with vegetables, macaroni and tomatoes. This pasta soup can be cooked in crockpot or slow cooker.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup chicken broth
- water
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cup pasta
- 1 cup kidney beans
- 3 tbsp spinach
Method:
In a deep pan fry carrots, celery, onions and garlic in olive oil for 3-4 min. Add tomatoes and fry for 3-4 min.
Add chicken stock and boil for 20-25 min. Add basil and rosemary to the soup along with the sugar. Mix well.
Add pasta and on low heat cook for 10 min.
Add the kidney beans and chopped spinach and cook for 6 – 8 min.
Serve hot.
