Pandan Cake
This Indonesian dessert is delicious and healthy, high in protein and low in saturated fat. Like most Indonesian desserts, Pandan cake calls for sticky rice coconut milk.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt to taste
- Suji extract
Method:
Combine milk, suji and salt in a deep pan, boil it on low heat. Keep aside to cool.
Beat eggs with sugar. Add coconut milk mixture, stir and bake in a shallow baking tray.
Serve with dry fruits or green tea.
