Orange & Ostrich

Recipe Ingredients:
- Ostrich steak - 1 kg
- Red Wine - 1 Cup
- Fresh Orange Juice - 1 Cup
- Garlic cloves - 4
- Flour
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 1/2 Cup
- Butter 1/2 Cup
Method:
In a brown add the lemon juice, salt , pepper and chopped meat to it. Mix well and keep aside and marinate. In a pan add the butter and once butter is melted. Roll the meat in flour and fry it. Mix the chopped garlic, orange juice and the wine. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the sauce becomes thick. Serve hot with rice.
