Potato Omelette
This is an egg recipe from Spain for a onion and potato omelette.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 250 g potatoes
- 8 eggs
- Oil to fry
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
Method:
Fry the chopped onion till it turns golden brown. Add sliced potatoes and fry for 2-5 min. Add salt.
In a bowl beath the aggs and pour them over cooked potatoes. Fry till the bottom is golden brown.
Serve hot.
