Mushroom Soup
Serve it Hot.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg mushrooms
- 100g butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tsp pepper -
- Salt to taste
Method:
In a deep frying pan melt the butter and fry onions and garlic. Cut the stems off mushrooms and add them to the onions. Fry for 5 min on low heat.
Add the flour and mix well. Once fried for 3 – 4 min add chicken stock and bay leaf. Boil on low heat for 15 min.
Once cooked let the soup cool for 25 – 30 min.
When serving add the cream and season with paprika.
