Lebanese Omelette
An egg recipe from Lebanon for a green onion, coriander & egg light omelette called Omelette Lebanese.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions (or green onions)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Coriander to garnish
- Cooking oil
Method:
In a bowl combine milk, baking powder, flour, salt, pepper and eggs. Beat well to make a smooth paste.
Add chopped parsley, chopped onions and chopped coriander to the egg mixture.
Heat the oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture to the pan. Cook on medium heat until the mixture hardens. Turn the other side and cook well.
Serve the omelette hot with green onions and coriander sprinkled on top.
