Lamb Shish Kebab
Kebabs are versatile enough to serve to guests or family, vegetarian or meat-lovers. Try this shish kebab with rice pilav or pita bread and salad.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 kg ground lamb
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
Method:
In a bowl squash meat with olive oil and lemon juice, add bay leaves and yogurt. Keep in the fridge for 5-6 hours to marinade.
Add the chopped onions and chopped tomatoes, mix well. Arrange the meat to the skewers.
Grill or broil until the meat is fully cooked and turns golden brown.
Serve hot with rice or pita.
