Recipe Ingredients:
- 250 g sticky glutinous rice flour
- 25 g sagu
- 6 Suji leaves
- 200 g brown sugar
- 300 g coconut
Method:
Take the suji powder and mix it with water. Add flour and mix well to form a paste.
Form the dough in small flat rounds and put brown sugar inside as filling. Roll the flats into balls.
Boil the balls until they are cooked. Sprinkle some shred coconut onto a plate and dip each ball in the coconut powder so that the coconut flakes stick to the balls.
Chill and serve with tea.
