Kimchi Soup

Spicy and flavourful soup made with Koreah cabbage and carrots which are extremely rich in nutrients. Excellent starter or lunch main course.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups kimchi
  • 1 cup tuna, cubed
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 stem green onion
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 4 tbsp chili pepper
  • 1 tbsp ginger, chopped


Method:

Finely chop the onions. Wash and cut the kimchi into thin stripes.

Add pepper, garlic chopped and chopped ginger to the tuna chunks and set aside.

In a frying pan conbime sesame oil, kimchi and tuna. Fry for 4-5 min. Add 2 cups of water and let it boil. Make sure the fish doesn’t flake.

Once the water starts boiling add the fish sauce and cook for 5-10 min.

Add coriander and chopped green onions and cook for 2 min.

Serve hot sprinkled with chopped green onions.
