Honey Rye Bread
This is a light nutritious snack cooked similar to bread. Makes a nice side dish or a dessert.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 Cups water
- 2 packets of yeast
- 4 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 5 tbsp honey
- 3 cups rye flour
Method:
In a deep bowl combine all ingredients and mix well to make a smooth paste. Set aside for 10 mins. Pour the paste into a bread maker and cook with settings on the BREAD cycle. Take out and cool down.
As with all recipes which involve cooking and baking a sensible approach must be taken especially when dealing with warm or hot (temperature) ingredients. If you are unable to take due care, please do not attempt to make any of these recipes. All recipes are tried at your own risk.
