Gulyas Soup
This hearty soup can be served for lunch or dinner, and it eats like a full meal. You can add fresh paprika pepper for that classic hot Hungarian taste!

Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 cups of beef cut into small cubes
- 6 tbsp oil
- 1 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 800 g potatoes cut into cubes
- 1 cup chopped green or sweet peppers
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 pinch caraway seeds
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Recipe Method:
In a deep pan fry meat cubes in oil for 4-5 min. Add caraway seeds and water. Cook on low heat until the meat becomes soft and tender.
Add potatoes, chopped pepper and chopped tomatoes. Add more water if the soup is too thick and boil it for 25 min on medium heat.
Serve gulyas soup hot with bread and salad.
