Grilled Veggie Salad
This is a very easy salad which you can prepare for lunch or dinner as a side dish. For an easy, healthy, quick meal, try this salad recipe with veggie burger.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 sliced zucchini
- 1 sliced carrot
- 3 chopped peppers: red, yellow and green
- 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
- Lemon and herbs to taste
Method:
Grill vegetables and herbs sprinkled with lemon juice in a deep pan for 4-5 min. Mix lettuce and lemon with herbs of your choice. Arrange the grilled vegetables on a plate and pour the lettuce on top of the vegetables.
Serve hot.
