Grilled Vegetables

Recipe Ingredients:
- Italian salad dressing (bottled)
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- Herbs to taste
- Whole baby corn, beans, small carrots, cubed potatoes - 1 cup each
Method:
Combine vegetables with herbs and Italian salad dressing in a bowl. Marinate for 20-30 min.
Grease a shallow pan and add the vegetable mix without juices to the pan. Grill the vegetables for 10 min stirring them often until the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot as a side dish or a healthy lunch. You can garnish your vegetables with grated parmesan cheese or additional Italian salad sauce.
