Grilled Asparagus Salad
A simple slad which has a distinctly Greek taste.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - 5
- Asparagus - 1/2 cup
- Shrimp peeled - 6
- Lemon & Herb Dressing - 4
Method:
Ensure the shrimp is cooked thoroughly by either grilling or boiling according to taste. Then, cut the vegetables and add the lemon and herb dressing to the vegetables. Fill with the shrimp then Baste and Grill them open for 4-8 min ensuring that you grill them slowly enough to avoid turning to black. Take them out from the grill and season with the dressing. Serve hot.
