Fried Vegetables
This is a typical fried vegetable recipe from Thailand.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Thai broccoli 1/4 kg
- Babycorn 1/2 kg
- Sping onions 3
- Garlic Cloves - 3
- Mushrooms 125gm
- Oil
- Fish Sauce 3 tbsp
- Chilli Sauce - 3tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Sherry - 1 tbsp
Method:
Chop the vegetables. Chop the broccoli in to small pieces, chop the baby corn in to halves vertically. Chop mushrooms. Chop the spring onions and finely chop the garlic. Add oil in a frying pan .
Add the chopped onions and chopped garlic to the pan. Fry for 5 mins until the onions turn into brown colour. Add the vegetables and fry for 5 more mins. Add salt and pepper and chilli sauce and cook for another 5 mins. Add fish sauce and sherry to the pan. Cook for 10 more mins and serve hot.
