Fried Potatoes
Simple straightforward dish whose basic ingredients are potatoes. You can add more spices if desired. Nice to serve with rice.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 3/4 kg
- Bacon fat - 1 oz
- Flour - 1 oz
- chopped parsley - 1/2 cup
- Stock - 10 pints
- Salt to taste
- pepper - 2 tbsp
Method:
In a frying pan add the butter and let the butter melt and add onions to it. Fry till the onions turn in to golden brown. Mix the flour with the stock. Add the sauce to the pan and let it boil. Add the chopped potatoes to the sauce. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste and cook for another 5 mins. Add chopped parsley to the sauce. Cook for 5 mins and serve hot.
