Fried Fish in butter
This is a very popular fish dish in Spain and this recipe is easy and Good with hake fish which popular in spain and retains all the taste of this flakey white fish.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Fish - 1 kg (any)
- Eggs - 4
- Oil - 250 ml
- Flour
- Salt to taste , Pepper
- lemon Cut in to pieces - 1
Method:
In a bowl add the fish(cleaned and , boneless) pieces and mix with salt and pepper. Keep aside to marinate for ½ hour. In a bowl beat the eggs and add the fish pieces and fry them until the fish turns into golden brown in colour. Serve them with boiled egg slice , lemon wedges. Serve them hot.
