Fish In Casserole
This is a recipe for a fish casserole which is popular in the countries which surround the Mediteranean Sea

Recipe Ingredients:
- Fish - 1 kg
- Julienne Onions - 3 cups
- Olive Oil - 1 cup
- Pepper - 2 tbsp
- Salt
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Parsley - 2 tbsp
- White wine - 1/2 cup
Method:
In a large deep frying pan add oil. Fry the chopped onions till they are golden brown. Add the chopped tomatoes and the wine to the onions. Fry for another 5 – 10 mins. Add the chopped parsley and ,salt and pepper to taste.
Fry for 5 mins and add water and let them boil on low heat for ½ hour. Add the Sliced fish (washed) to the pan. Mix them gently and cover with a lid. Cook for ½ hour until the fish is cooked and serve hot.
