  • Salmon - 1/2 kg
  • Carp fillet - 1/2 kg

  • Crushed Ice - 300 gm
  • Fat bacon - 500gm

Method:

In a bowl add the chopped meat, pepper , salt, paprika, herring juice. Mix them well and keep them a side to marinade. In another bowl add the carp fillet, chopped salmon. Add the chopped onions and salt to the fish and keep them aside.

Add the minced mushrooms to the meat along with fat bacon and ice. Mix thoroughly and add fish and mix them together. Make sausages and keep them in refrigerator to marinate. For 5-6 hours. Bake the sausages in oven until they are golden brown on low heat. Serve the sausages hot with rice.

As with all recipes which involve cooking and baking a sensible approach must be taken especially when dealing with warm or hot (temperature) ingredients. If you are unable to take due care, please do not attempt to make any of these recipes. All recipes are tried at your own risk.
