Eggs with Squash
This is a very nutrious recipe which is made of eggs and squash. A traditional meal in the Lebanon this recipe adds a twist to most meal times.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Squash Small - 8
- Eggs - 4
- Butter - 2 tbsps
- Water - 3/4 Cup
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
In a deep pan cook the chopped squashes with water for 20 min or until the squashes are soft. Add the eggs on the squashes. On low heat cook until the eggs are fried. Mix well.
Add butter to the pan and cook for another 5 mins. The dish is ready to serve.
